Payments Bookings/tables will only be allocated following receipt of payment. All payments need to be completed before 30 October 2019.
Cancellations and Refunds
Payments will be refunded (less a £10 admin fee and where applicable a 5% credit card fee) provided that cancellations are received in writing by 25 October 2019. No refund will be offered after this date.
Guest Lists, Invitations and Bookings
An invoice will be issued upon receipt of a completed booking form. It is essential you provide a contact name, email address and telephone number on the booking form so that we are able to confirm the status of your booking and later confirm your guests’ names and contact details. Upon receipt of a completed booking form, we will send you a confirmation email. Your booking is not guaranteed until you receive this email. Your name badge will act as your ticket on the day and will be dispatched in advance. It is therefore essential that details for you and your guests are confirmed as soon as they are known. The deadline for this information is 15 November 2019 (no changes will be made after this date). Tables will be allocated on a “first come first served” basis from the pricing structure above, and the confirmation of which tier of ticket you require.
