Representing the interests of the Client, at all times, balancing the different needs of all stakeholders, we will work on behalf of the client to ensure value and competitive tendering is communicated to/from trusted and reliable suppliers.  We pass on all rebates and applicable discounts when engaging the procurement process, taking into account environmental, social and ethical considerations.   We pledge to minimizing risks and ensuring that all case goods are of correct quantities, quality standards and delivered on time, within budget.

Our objective is to procure high quality, stylish and functional products that meet today’s wants; tastes and needs of the Owners and Stakeholders as well as local and flag code requirements.  Final selection of the main suppliers, to your project is through competitive tendering which may include any manufacturers or suppliers recommended by the Owner or contractors and concluded with the Owner’s decision, if required.

Additionally, our proven track record of FF&E preparation has resulted in a wealth of experience and successful project management. Whether it’s a large, multi-location project or an intimate boutique property, we use our buying power, management expertise and extensive supplier contacts to create genuine value for our partners.

SUITE Concierge will analyse the quantity data with the Client, the Designer and the Operator. We then agree on a purchasing policy and decide on a delivery timetable.    SUITE Concierge then uses its global data base to identify suitable sources of supply, negotiates the best possible conditions with suppliers, submits cost estimates and verifies cost against budget with Client.
