Comeback to HTL is part of Women in Hospitality, Travel and Leisure 2020 (WiH2020) an industry wide initiative aiming to rally the whole industry around the key objectives of making the sector attractive to returners by fostering a culture of inclusivity, supporting more flexible working practices and resulting in greater diversity in leadership positions

The one-day programme will take place on 2nd October and has been designed to upskill participants. They will be exposed to employers from leading HTL companies who will offer support and share advice on many areas, including how to improve CV writing, refresh interview skills, and manage conflicting priorities to allow for a seamless return to work. Returners will also benefit from an unlimited online peer support group.

Returners are encouraged to visit the Comeback to HTL website at: www.comebacktohtl.com and register for a place. Applications are welcome from all who have taken a short or extended career break from the Hospitality, Travel and Leisure Industry or those who have worked in other industries. Recognition is given to all transferrable skills.
