The new Fire Beater ashtray is designed to help prevent burning, unattended cigarettes from falling and becoming a source of a potential deadly fire.

The ashtray is constructed exclusively from thermal fire resistant plastic, and according to the manufacturer, significantly reduces the risk of fire due to a design that secures cigarettes in place. This design incorporates the use of "ribs," which allows the device to grip cigarettes and thereby reduce the risk of fire caused by cigarettes accidentally falling out of ashtrays.

Users place their cigarettes in the ashtray holder with the lit side down. Hotel staff members clean the ashtray, which features a facility's name, by twisting the device clockwise. In addition, the manufacturer states that the ashtray contains and controls ashes, making house cleaning easier.

The ashtray is available in a range of standard colors. Custom colors are available upon request.
